أنا نادر فهد الشمري ، ولدت في 1988/11/15
في مدينة سكاكا – الجوف – السعودية
شهادتي بكالوريوس فيزياء ، وأعمل حالياً معلم فيزياء للمرحلة الثانوية منذ 2015
أهوى مراقبة وتصوير الطيور
وأحب قضاء الوقت مع نفسي ومع عائلتي والأصدقاء المقربين والتفاعل عبر وسائل التواصل مع هواة الطيور
إلى جانب العمل وبعض المهام اليومية أجد صعوبة في قضاء وقت أطول مع الطيور
لكن الاستمتاع بالوقت لدي هو المهم حقاً
I am Nader Fahd Alshammari, I was born in 11/15/1988 in Sakaka Al-Jawf – Saudi Arabia. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Physics, and I have been working as a high school Physics teacher since 2015.
I’m a bird photographer / spotter.
I like spending time with my family and friends, as well as I like to be active on social media to share posts about my hobby

I started to be more interested in photography 2007
I presented a lot of workshops and courses about photography
I won some awards since then
I collaborated with big organizations such as:
National Center for Wildlife Development
Saudi Tourism Authority
Saudi Aramco
King Salman bin Abdulaziz Royal Reserve
Ministry of Al-Jawf Region
Al-Jawf Region Municipality
Al-Jawf University – Biology Department
Abdulrahman Al-Sudairy Center
ربما كان لنشأتي في مدينة ريفية
سكاكا دور مهم في حبي للطبيعة بشكل عام وللطيور بشكل خاص
وأود التنويه أن اسمي (نادر) هو من الأسماء الأخرى لطائر (الصقر) في اللغة العربية ،
أعتقد أنها مصادفة جميلة!
حسناً، فلا غرابة أني بدأت بمراقبة الطيور بسن مبكرة ولكن البداية الفعلية لتصوير الطيور منذ 2011
أنا مهتم بطيور منطقتي كثيراً فلقد صورت
قائمة تزيد عن 210 نوع في منطقتي

Coming from a rural village must’ve been the main reason why I am interested in nature and birds specifically.
I also should mention that my name “Nader” is one of the many names of the Falcon in Arabic, what a nice coincidence!
Alright, regarding my early start in spotting birds, the actual beginning of photographing birds was in 2011.
I’m more interested in local birds, I’ve photographed more than 210 different kinds in my area, which made me more familiar with their behaviors and their preferred environments
I added two birds to the list of Saudi Arabia Birds in Birds of Saudi Arabia Book
I participated in scientific paper to first time register a WP level bird.

الشعار هو من تصميمي
يشبه وجه طائر البوم الذي أحبه كثيراً
ومكوّن من حرفين عربيين ( ن – ف )
أول حرف من اسمي واسم والدي الغالي
The logo is inspired by the owl’s face, it’s made out of the two letters “N – F” in Arabic, representing my name and my father’s name.
